TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Packages

  • Package prices are discounted. Changing any component of the package is not allowed.

  • If a component is replaced, the order will be recomputed based on individual pricing. A discount may be applied at the company's discretion.

2. Invitations and Printed Materials

  • Lead time for personalized designs: 5 working days. Development starts after the Event Form is completed and a P500 deposit is paid (applied to the total bill).

  • Cancellation of printed materials after development starts will forfeit the deposit.

  • A P500 fee is charged for replacing photos after submission for personalization.

  • Written approval of designs is required before printing. Verbal approval is not valid.

  • Mistakes discovered after approval are not the responsibility of Kiddie-party.com and corrections will be charged to the client.

  • Pickup of printed materials: 3 days for paper items, 5 days for tarpaulins.

3. Entertainers

  • Entertainer booking requires a 50% down payment. No down payment means no reservation.

  • Cancellations within 3 weeks of the event forfeit the 50% down payment.

  • Special instructions for entertainers must be provided in writing 1 week before the event.

  • Kiddie-party.com is not liable if an entertainer does not show up; only the down payment for the entertainer will be refunded.

4. Balloon and Décor Arrangements

  • Balloon setup will be done at an agreed time. The client must inspect the setup at the venue.

  • If the client is late, the balance must be paid directly to the company.

  • Only Kiddie-party.com purchased items will be handled by staff. Additional items must be pre-arranged.

5. Food Carts

  • Minimum of 2 regular food carts (within Metro Manila). A transportation fee applies based on location.

  • The client must inspect food cart materials before the event.

  • Food cart attendants will serve guests at the specified time and are not allowed to eat during the event.

  • Leftovers will be given to the client in containers provided by the client.

  • Kiddie-party.com is not responsible for third-party food cart suppliers’ failure to deliver.

6. Amusement Rides, Inflatables, and Other Services

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult on rides.

  • Riders must remain seated during the ride.

  • Kiddie-party.com is not liable for injury or damage if riders do not follow instructions.

  • Riders assume all risks related to the rides.

7. Payment Terms

  • A 50% down payment is required upon confirmation. Failure to pay on time results in automatic cancellation.

  • Any cancellations will forfeit all payments made.

  • The remaining balance must be paid at least three days before the event.

  • Late payments may incur interest.

8. Additional Terms

  • Extra charges apply for holiday events, including a Minimum Wage Rate for staff.

  • By signing, you agree to the terms above. Failure to sign means no contract, and no service will be provided despite the deposit.
